We found Shaun on line and gave him a call back in May. We hadn't listed our home, but were considering it, and just wanted to see what was available in the Alexandria area. Shaun gave us an entire day as we researched the market, even though we weren't seriously looking. Our confidence in him was immediate, he knows his business, the areas, the market. Two weeks later we were on the market and house hunting for real, but our wish list was long, our budget limited, and our dreams too big to settle. As the process went on week after week, house after house, my enthusiasm dwindled. Was there nothing we could afford that work? Shaun assured us there was, to give it time, not to settle.
